If Auto Top-Up is ON, your plan renews automatically when it expires. We send you a notification before each renewal so you are never caught off guard. To stop renewals, turn Auto Top-Up OFF anytime from My eSIM. If you notice an unexpected charge, reach out to support and we will take a look.
